An opportunity exists to join one of South Australia's leading developer builders. The role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self -starter, someone who is capable of working autonomously. Its imperative the candidate is the right fit for our culture and preference will be given to those of who managed group housing and medium density sites, as well as traditional single and double storey homes.

 Key responsibilities of the role include:

• On time and on budget delivery of product whilst maintaining a high standard of quality on all projects.
• Effective communication to customers and staff through progressive stages of construction.
• Responsible for engagement and supervision of trades from site start to handover.
• Manage on site compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices, policies and procedures so to de-risk any on site incidents.
• Ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction are adhered to.

The candidate

First and foremost we are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude who is looking for a company to reignite their career. A motivated team player would also need key attributes as:

• Minimum of 5 years in residential construction supervision preferably with a volume builder.
• Current Building Supervisor license, preferably 2 or 3 storey and white card.
• Strong communication skills and a real understanding of time management.
• Ability to delegate and manage construction programs autonomously.
• Highly motivated individual with a positive outlook and willingness to find solutions to achieve desirable outcomes.
