The Role

• Lead and Manage the Ballarat Branch
• Develop and build business through performance and reputation
• Varied responsibilities that includes Transport, Service and Repairs
• Ensure safety for Customers and Employees


Responsibilities

• Understand the current and future contractual obligations with customers
• Demonstrate sound Commercial Acumen
• Customer management and development
• Trouble shoot variances and exceptions 
• Develop staff and maximise their motivation and interest in their roles
• Ensure compliance with WHS and Accreditation requirements
• Maintain and develop a continuous improvement program 

Expertise

• Proven Operational management skills especially Profit Centre Management
• Problem solve competing priorities under pressure
• Business Improvement and reporting to General Management  
• Lead by example in safety and Company Values and Culture
• Passion, positive communication and mature leadership
