Residential Site Supervisor required for large volume project home builder in Greater Brisbane.

Your new role
This position has become available due to the continual growth within the suburbs of Southern Greater Brisbane. You will be in charge of up to 15 homes at any one time, with responsibility of the trades, labour and materials for each site. You will be responsible for the health and safety of the site, including policies and procedures the staff must adhere to. You will be required to deliver each project on time, on budget, with the scope of each home being from the site cut through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience as a site supervisor working with a volume builder, working on both lowset and high set homes. Ideally you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being comfortable using new construction technology software and programs. You must hold a current QBCC Site Supervisors Licence and it is preferred for you to live in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, or be willing to commute.
