About the role:
Looking for to flourish in your career? Tired of not being recognised for your hard work & success? In this role you will!!
You will join the QLD Construction team and be involved in the pre-construction stages. You will work on a variety of projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Retail, Fuel, Aged Care & Retirement.
  
You will have a healthy mix of office & site work, you will create scopes, establish plans, claims, variations and negotiate tenders & contracts.
  

About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management
• 3-5 years as a CA for a builder
• Thorough understanding of the QLD commercial construction industry & market trends
• Ability to communicate well, build relationships, maintain relations, and strong negotiation skills
• Proven career tenure
