Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for a Sales/Systems Estimator with knowledge in Production Estimating to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Estimating and Purchasing Manager, the successful applicants will join a hard working team with a commitment to providing quality service.

The Role

Within this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• BOQ Estimates on new range of products and assisting in enhancing and developing the overall estimating system
• Provide costings to colour consultants on upgrades
• Prepare contract quotations for new home builds
• Provide sales estimates to sales consultants and administrators
• Maintenance of all BOQ's and pricing file to ensure they are kept up to date
• Producing costing estimates for design department for new home releases, prototype homes and new products
• Production estimating for all new display homes
• Ensuring relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved

To Be Considered

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 1 year experience in an estimating role, preferably within the volume home building industry. A qualification in Building/ Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable. Exposure to estimating systems such as Databuild and Constructor will be advantageous. Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process. You will also be self-motivated, highly organised and have the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities in a fast paced environment. This role is an asap start.
