Manpower are currently seeking expressions of interest for Excavator Operators

To be successful you will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

• Excavator Ticket
• White card
• Demonstrated experience operating an Excavator with fine grade product
• Demonstrated strong safety background
• Current drivers License
• Ability to work shift work and weekends
• Reliable transport and happy to travel 30ks out of town for work
• Team Player
• Can do attitude
• Ability to pass a medical
• Able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
• Proficient with up to 20 to 40 ton machines
• Experience in conducting pre-operational checks on equipment, and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary
• Follow directions of ground crew regarding machine operation and harvest
• Cut grade with minimal time spent on excavating to ensure production is on schedule.
• Operate Excavator on public roadways, maintaining proper awareness of ones surroundings.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the Excavator
