The Position:
- Project Home Supervisor.
- Managing the construction of 12 to 18 homes at once.
- Position immediately available in Marsden Park.
Duties:
- Managing clients expectations.
- Coordinating trades and suppliers.
- Managing time and costs.
Skills and Experience:
- Trade Qualified - (carpentry preferred)
- Cert IV or Supervisors ticket.
- Experience managing multiple residential projects.
- Understanding of building codes, council regulations and the BCA.
