CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR - CEILINGS AND PARTITIONS
Cree8, a Gold Coast based company with a modern office, is seeking an experienced & qualified Contracts Administrator to join its young, dynamic and constantly growing team. Site / Office based, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Income management
- Maintaining Job Costing Database
- Material / sub-trade management and procurement
- Labour Control
- Liaising with Builders and Sub-Contractors to ensure maintenance of project schedules
- All other duties encapsulated within the role.
To be considered for the aforementioned role, you must possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a ceilings and partitions or a commercial construction environment Contracts Administrator role, juniors accepted.
- Highly developed computer skills (proficient in all programs in the Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe). Experience with Bluebeam software would be advantageous.
- Team player, committed to doing what it takes to achieve success within the role.
- Have the capability to complete all the tasks mentioned above & meet deadlines.
Ability to work predominately on site, with jobs being based both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
