Site Manager - $50MIL mixed use project in Glebe.

Our client is one of Australia's leading builder / developers with over $5.0bil of work on the books they have managed to go from strength to strength over the past 30 years. Due to growth and recently securing yet another project they require a Site Manager to help deliver a mixed use residential project in Glebe. 

This position will primarily be responsible for managing and delivering all site activities and projects within time and budget limits; whilst meeting client's expectations.

You will also be required to:

• Site Manager daily operations
• Lead site team and liaise with various stakeholders
• Monitor program of works as required
• Ensure effective resolution of workforce matters and issues that may arise
• Prompt defect rectification
• Effective induction and certification procedures
• Ensure compliance with the Company's QSE policies & procedures

Business acumen and the ability to make commercial decisions will see you stand out in the crowd with this opportunity.

You will also have:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant site experience on multi unit / apartment projects above 8 levels. 
• Trade background desirable and exp with a top or top mid-tier contractor would be highly regarded
