The Company
Established in Sydney for over 20 years, we are working with a highly respected and recommended commercial fit out company that specialise in Fit-Outs and Refurbishments projects.
With a focus and pride on providing genuine value to their customers, the team ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs but deliver on a cohesive, high performing team approach, delivering on time and on budget
They have been managing D&C projects anywhere from $1M up to $5M and have a solid presence throughout Sydney.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for the full control of the site team and its activities.
Working from their head office in Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for the delivery of Fit Out projects of a value up to $3M.
Experience required
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects from - concept to handover
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- In-depth understanding of D&C processes
- Strong project financial reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Contract administration
- Strong ability and knowledge of Microsoft project excel and word
