Aquatic Leisure Technologies is the market leader in the swimming pool industry in Western Australia.  We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and highly motivated person who is passionate about Customer Service. 

The key purpose of the Business Manager role is to develop further expansion of our swimming pool renovation and landscaping divisions. This is an exciting new role that will be responsible for the delivery of the vision and mission across these business areas. The role will require both field and office time to ensure hands on management.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a diverse role collaborating between departments.

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Manage employee and contractor network requirements to deliver capacity targets and maintain the required skills matrix  
• A key focus on Safety
• Maintain and implement quality procedures

• Research, implement and deliver training on new products  
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiations  
• Identify, scope and pursue opportunities to secure, develop and nurture new business
• Be responsible for lead management, sales pipeline and forecasting
• Plan and report business development activities to management and stakeholders 
• Complete high level bespoke quotations and oversee delivery
• Promote brand awareness, development and take the lead in setting the growth agenda
• Catalogue, price book maintenance and management of display stock

• Manage higher level customer engagement
• Evaluate and report on departmental KPI’s and dashboards
• Develop and execute business cases for departmental investment and growth
• Carry out quality and safety audits across the business

To perform the role successfully you will need to demonstrate the following:

• A passion for emerging trends and design in outdoor living and landscaping  
• Hands on approach
• Exceptional effective communication skills
• Experience working in the construction or landscaping industry
• The ability to demonstrate innovation and a passion for continuous improvement  
• Lead by example with a focus on teamwork and trust
• Overall be a highly engaging leader who drives results and makes quality driven decisions
• High level knowledge of building and engineering plans
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation and problem solving skills, with the ability to be a level-headed, clear communicator
• Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to compile and generate computerised reports
• Experience within the Swimming Pool industry will be highly regarded

You will require ;

• A minimum of a ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
• White Card
