The Company:
Our client is a family owned Tier 2 Civil Contractor who have been successfully operating in the Australian market for over 50 years. The Role:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and safety of the site. You will have experience leading by example, managing site staff, sub-contractors as well as being able to liaise directly with the client.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Provide supervision of staff and subcontractors on site
• Liaising with booking and organising subcontractors
• Quality control
• Progress reporting
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Conduct daily tool box meetings
• Ensure works are being carried out as per design and client specifications

  
The Individual:
You will have a construction related degree with proven experience as a Site Manager ideally within the civil engineering sector working on RMS projects and hold a current Australian driver’s license. You will be a natural leader with effective communication skills.
