Construction Manager job with a large reputable subcontractor on a prominent state funded project

This contractor is responsible for the overall project management of a major refurbishment contract on a government funded project. This experienced team are opening an opportunity for a Construction Manager to deliver and manage all installation and design staff on site, including any subcontractors for this major refurbishment contract. You will be responsible for the safe and correct use of any plant and machinery. Including the enforcement of safe systems of work and use of Personal Protective Equipment in line client requirements. In order to be considered for this role, you will have previously been solely responsible for the delivery of civil construction packages up to $40m. You will have experience in working on government funded projects and be thoroughly understand the obligations that come with working on those kind of projects. You will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and be able to provide Australian references in the civil industry The role has a flexible salary however, will be in the region of $150k - $200k based on experience and skill set.
