Description
The group is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to manage various projects coordinating all phases of planning, design and tendering, construction and post construction. Working closely alongside a company Director, the role will initially involve the delivery of a new build $550mil CBD mixed use development project along with exposure to a range of other projects.
- Project management services
- Liaise with design team, stakeholder and end user
- Contract administration
- Preparation of project budget
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
- Enforce good construction standards and quality control
- Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses
Profile
My client requires a Project Manager who has good communication and listening skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be comfortable taking direction from internal and external stakeholders. The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the market already, having worked in client-side PM ideally. This is an environment where you will learn and grow in Project Management, under great business leadership and within a highly regarded company.
