The Opportunity

Due to continued recognition of quality, they seek a Project Manager to join their talented team.
Your New Role
The role of Project Manager is integral to Ikon's vision of providing a premium design and construction service, with a hands-on approach expected of the successful candidate. There will be an emphasis on assisting delivery of projects, managing stakeholder and client expectations and encouraging project teams to deliver to budget, quality and timelines. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing and leasing with clients, preparing contract documentation, lead design development and documentation stages, managing sub-contractors, preparing tender submissions and daily liaison with Site Supervisor and Director.

Ikon Projects are capable of project delivery from fixed lump sum contracts, construction management, design and construction contracts and project management and produce one-off architectural homes, renovations and additions, large scale apartment buildings. townhouses and schools. You will need experience in a Project Management role within a similar service offering and have the ability to think outside of the box and solve problems creatively. This is an opportunity to work with the Director in developing and implementing new management and reporting processes as well as the management and growth of staff. You will be keen to identify new business opportunities and chase networking/marketing opportunities to help build the Ikon Projects brand.
