Have you got a carpentry background, or experience working with a residential building company that builds over  This is a great opportunity to advance your career within a growing residential builder, who currently does 40 homes per year, and looking to grow to 100.  

You will be assisting the project manager and supervisors, coordinating things behind the scenes, working with supplier and trades,to ensure everything turns up to site on time (and to the right site!)  You will need to understand the process flow in building a house, understand timings and when unexpected things happen, anticipate the flow on effect to the rest of the job.

You will need great communication skills, be able to pick up the phone and work through solutions with suppliers and trades.  

You will need to have your finger on the pulse of every job and be able to give daily reports to the owner on any issues that arises.

You will work closely with a client contract administrator, updating them on the progress of each job, so they can keep the clients informed.

And everything in between!

Apart from your building knowledge, and excellent attitude towards work you will need to have pretty good computer skills, your written communication must be professional level, and you will need to be able to sit comfortably at a computer most of the day.

The role is paying $60K plus super, and you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and be rewarded.
