The Company
A large project home builder with an outstanding reputation. They have beautiful offices located in South Brisbane. The company are led by team of experienced industry professionals who have a huge passion for moving the company forward. They have put a huge emphasis on putting customers first and have great systems in place.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent building knowledge
- Trade qualified - Carpentry preffered
- Cert IV Building or ability to obtain builders license
- Project homes experience
- Trade base
- Supervising experience in residential building - renovations, additions, knock down rebuilds or new homes would also be considered
- Experience in managing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good administration skills
- Great with clients and resolving issues
- Positive attitude and well presented
The Role:
- Manage the construction of up to 20 new homes in the South west Brisbane corridor.
- Coordinate trades and schedule materials
- Build relationships with clients
- Keep jobs ahead of schedule in order to meet progress payments
- Problem solve
