The Role
They are seeking to employ a Design Manager with the following skills and experience.

 

• 5 plus years experience across residential units
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and design development 
• Worked as a Design Manager 
• Ability to manage, coordinate and control design for major construction
• Worked across commercial and industrial
• 1st or 2nd tier contractor experience
• Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Commercially astute
• Strong ability to foresee and manage risk
• Above average communications skills both verbal and written
• Motivated and driven along with strong presentation skills
