Job Title: Area Manager

Company: Tier 1 Project Home Builder

Location: Newcastle/Maitland

Salary: $120-150K + Super + Car + Laptop & Phone + Career Progression

Role:

Our client is looking to appoint a residential housing Area Manager with an established career in the project home building industry. The role will entail working on multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of Site Supervisors - team of 4 currently, will increase to 6/7
• Ensuring Supervisors meet their KPI's
• Working closely with senior managment in relation to business strategy
• Assisting the team where necessary, problem solving, providing solutions
• Overall operational management of your designated area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in residential construction preferably with a project home builder
• Carpentry trade background is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills dealing with multiple projects
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Implementation experience of quality assurance, health, safety and environmental requirements
• Excellent communication experience across varied level of stakeholders and clients
