About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Overhauls Projects Coordinator at be part of our Service Delivery team, working closely with our world-class operations based in Tomago.
You will be fully accountable for the ownership of the customer experience for your allocated customer accounts ensuring smooth and efficient delivery from customer order through to project execution of up to $5 million pa. This projects will see you will delivering outcomes to both internal and external customers in relation to overhaul and repair of components for a wide range of heavy machinery and construction equipment.
Your daily challenge will see you balancing customer expectations, systems utilisation, process adherence and technical issues by providing Customers with the best service available through coordinating, scheduling, communicating and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior customer service
- Ensuring a systematic and process driven methodology to all projects
- Applying an account management approach
- Driving adherence and execution to contractual terms

About you
Your success in this role will be supported by:
- Your passion for delivering the best outcome for the Customer every time
- A willingness to take ownership of the project deliverables (Cost, Quality, Timeframe)
- An ability to foresee road blocks and develop solutions
- Previous experience in a high level customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- An ability to develop a reputation as a trusted advisor that delivers outcomes
- You will have a demonstrated systematic and process driven approach with strong ability to use systems/databases
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
- Qualifications in Mechanical Trade, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field - advantageous
