A Site Manager/ Foreman is required by an established Mid-Tier Commercial Builder, to oversee a $9 million school new build in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy principal builder with full order book of works.

• $150 - 165k total package
• Immediate start
• North Sydney based project
• Established Builder with 30 years trading history, and with secured portfolio of works across Sydney for 2018/ 2019
• This builder focuses on public works, education, commercial and age care projects in the $5 - 15 million range
• Excellent long term career opportunities and career progression
• $9 million new build school project 
• Great team culture with onus on support and realistic expectations
• Supportive and open management 
• Full control of site, reporting to a site based PM

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• A highly motivated Site Manager/ Foreman, who is highly driven and hungry to develop their career with a reputable builder is sought
• Proven experience as a Site Manager/ Foreman on construction projects over $5 million
• Steady career history
• Ability to control from start to finish
• An excellent understanding of structures and finishes
• Strong communication skills
• A trade background is required
• OH&S Experience
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage trades
• Solid career history
