Experienced Site Manager needed to join a growing organization for a variety of Commercial construction and fit-out projects located in Adelaide.

Our client is a well-known and growing commercial builder with an excellent reputation for a positive culture and high-quality product delivery. Due to recent success they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to drive both project quality and safety.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your duties will include:
- On-site management of staff, sub-contractors, material deliveries and safety
- Liaison with varied key stakeholders from trades and client
- Ensuring all sub-contractors and employees comply with all OH&S requirements
- Management of resources towards efficient problem,-solving and delivery
- Guaranteeing project completion within timescale and budget
- Provide technical expertise to ensure projects completed to highest standard
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates may have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on a portfolio of local / national commercial projects
- Construction, Engineering, Tradesman or Project Management quals
- White Card
- Ability to run a project site unsupervised
- High-level written and verbal communications
- Defence experience advantageous
