A highly diverse role now exists for an experienced and professional Contracts Administrator to join a well-established Residential & Commercial Builder and Land Developer in Brisbane, QLD.
 
The Company: 

Based near Brisbane CBD, this highly reputable company now has a vacancy for a professional Contracts Administrator to join their ever-growing team who predominately focus on projects such as project homes as well as low & high-rise multi-residential and commercial developments.

With over 30 years experience in the industry, they pride themselves on internal promotions, so this is a huge career progression opportunity for the right individual.
 
The Role:

This role will be ideal for an experienced CA looking to take that next step in their career, being responsible for Build Contracts (HIA) for Project & Custom Homes, as well as Multi-Residential and Commercial developments. 

You will be working alongside another Contracts Administrator and reporting to the Operations Manager while liaising with internal staff and the Directors.

Some duties will include but not limited to:
  • Preparing & execution of Build Contracts
  • Chasing finance and settlement confimarion / extension requests
  • Stock List Management
  • Developer Management, Deposit Claims, Variations, Marketing, following progress claims etc.
You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Project or Custom Home Builder + Multi-Residential / Commercial Development exposure. 
  • Must possess proven experience in Contracts, excellent time management and communication skills, and the ability to work on tight deadlines and examining purchases. 
  • Be proactive, have strong attention to detail, and the motivation and drive to succeed
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of programs
  • Have a wide range of networks in the project home and property industry
  • Ability to develop and build relationships and possess strong negotiation skills
  • Possess a wide range of knowledge of materials and projects in the market
