With over 20 years' experience delivering construction management services, we have established offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland.  We provide our clients with responsive, dependable and tailored solutions that lead to exceptional project outcomes. Having recently secured a number of significant projects, we seek the talents of an experienced and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our team in the Brisbane office, reporting to the General Manager and Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision, coordination, and management of trade subcontractors to ensure program is met and quality workmanship is delivered to the client
  • Coordination of all aspects of construction
  • Liaison with onsite building management
  • WHS implementation and management
  • Quality Control
  • Review of progress versus programme
  • Forward planning, scheduling and ordering of materials
  • Input into commissioning of building services
  • Inspections, defects listing and rectification

Selection criteria:

  • Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Ability to administer a project management plan essential
  • Trade qualified background required
  • Senior First Aid Certificate essential 
  • Minimum 5 years' site management experience (building refurbishment and office fit out experience strongly preferable)
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Team player with positive attitude and problem solving abilities
  • Computer literate with WHS/Information Management Systems experience
  • Flexibility with working hours – some weekend and night works will be required
  • Regional work may be required
  • Structural experience highly regarded
  • Aged care and large office fitout experience highly regarded
