Robson Environmental, established in 1990, is Canberra's leading asbestos and hazmat consultancy within a multi disciplinary team covering environmental assessment & remediation, occupational hygiene, workplace safety, NATA accredited laboratories and a training facility. We have NATA accreditation for our hazmat surveying. 

Robson Environmental is experiencing unprecedented growth and is seeking expressions of interest from professionals to join our friendly, positive and dynamic team.

The Role

We offer a competitive salary and benefits to experienced professionals with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Applicants must hold, or can immediately obtain an ACT Asbestos Assessors licence. As a member of our 12 person HazMat team the role would include:

Asbestos & hazmat site surveys and reporting for domestic, government, commercial & industrial sites

Asbestos management plans

Air monitoring

Clearance inspections

Consultancy

Project Management

Overtime/time in lieu paid at penalty rates. 

Essential

Applicants must be experienced Asbestos Assessors with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably also have tertiary qualifications and be fully conversant with asbestos air monitoring and/or laboratory identification. As a Consultant you will be expected to liaise with clients, offer mentorship to more junior assessors and take an active role in maintaining Robson's high level of performance, quality, and safety.

Candidates who do not have Asbestos Assessor experience will not be considered. Applicants must reside in Australia and hold residency.
