Full Time Customer Service Officer

Seeking an outstanding customer service officer with prior experience in customer service and administration.
Must be enthusiastic, motivated, well presented and friendly to join a dynamic team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and not shy of answering incoming phone calls.
The primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Managing customer bookings by phone and email
- General administration duties
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
