We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our friendly, motivated Assist team. You will be responsible for identifying the needs of our members, helping them where possible,  or guiding them to one of our specialist teams in Legal, OHS, Industrial Relations and more, providing them with the best possible care and experience.

Established in 1875 Master Builders is an industry association representing the building and construction sector in Victoria.  We support over 8,000 members in operating their businesses to ensure the delivery of superior quality to their customers.   We are an organisation that is small enough for individuals to shine but also large enough for them to grow. 
  
MB Assist is the first point of contact for members and customers of the Association, providing solution focused service to our members and customers.
  
What will help you succeed?
As a member of MB Assist, you will primarily manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails and website queries. 
  
To be successful in this role you will need
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate Office suite skills, and prior use of CRMs
  • To be highly organised, with ability to multi-task
  • Active listening, effective handling of issues and problem solving
