$85k p.a. plus 12% super

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Workforce Management Specialist to join the newly created Insights and Innovation Group.
The purpose of this position is to enable workforce management capabilities, guidance and practices for the Customer Solutions team, in order to ensure optimal and efficient Customer Experience for Gladstone Regional Council customers.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on performance data and provide coaching support across the teams to improve performance and resourcing outcomes.
- Experience using Workforce Management software and processes in a contact centre environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for problem solving, including research, analysis and interpretation of data.
- Proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite including high level Excel and corporate business systems.
