About the Role:

Primary purpose of the role is a mix of Inbound & Outbound calls covering sales & customer service.

Skills:

Confident phone skills, sales skills & ability to cut through.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to co-ordinate to deadlines & prioritise.
Persistance.

Non Technical Skills:

Previous telemarketing experience is highly regarded.
An excellent work ethic and can do attitude.
Attention to detail.
A talent for communicating ideas, issues and solutions in a team environment.
Exceptional English (verbal & written).
