Your new company
Your new company are true leaders within their field - Aged care. They currently have 14 open facilities across Victoria and are continuously growing their brand. Their objective is to provide quality community-based services and residential homes and apartments for older Victorians, their families and carers.

Your new role
As a Customer Centre Advisor, will be responsible for bringing awareness and servicing customer enquiries. Main duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Providing accurate and timely advice that empowers older Victorians, their families and support networks to make informed decisions about aged care services to suit their individual circumstances
  • Promoting services, brand and core values through all interactions
  • Undertaking administration, reporting and Respite Admission requirements for Residential and Home Care enquiries
  • Answering inbound customer calls and making follow up calls
  • Available to work Monday/Tues/Friday 9am-5pm



What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have;

  • Knowledge in Aged Care (desired)
  • Customer service experience - preferable over the phone
  • Resilience and self-motivation - able to adhere to set KPI and targets
  • Available to work Monday/Tues/Fri 9am-5pm
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen’s only
