The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
•Providing outstanding Customer Service & Sales support to our national customer base and national Sales Team;
•Building strong relationships with our customers;
•Receiving, processing & managing sales orders by telephone, fax and email;
•Communicating with customers an Sales Team regarding their order and stock availability;
•Liaising with the warehouse for dispatch of goods;
•General office clerical duties;

• Provide accurate & well-presented reports as required

You

• You have previously worked in a Customer Service role and work well under pressure.

• Take responsibility & pride in the work you provide;
•You have experience in data entry;
•You possess strong attention to detail;
•A professional phone manner displaying a confident, clear communication style is essential;
•This role would suite a candidate with a friendly outgoing personality who enjoys working with a close knit team;
•Experience in Greentree an advantage;

•Competency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential;

Hours of business Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:00
