The company is national organisation specialising in consumer lending and superior customer service. With offices located around Australia they are constantly growing and are now on the lookout for reliable, mature, trustworthy and motivated individuals to join their Head Office in Bundoora as part of the collections team.

Ideally, you will have experience in;

• High Level Customer Service (finance industry)
• Day to day customer service OR sales in your current role 
• Running through a product start to finish with a customer
• Dealing with KPIs & Targets
• We are also looking for people who have;
• Strong organisational and administrative qualities
• Experience dealing with customers
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Confidence and trust in your own judgement
