Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations & Product, this is a full-time opportunity which is primarily responsible for providing sales support to our Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers and Brokers.

Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• Provide assistance in relation to application status updates to key stakeholders
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries 
• Manage application and settlement reports and update systems as required
• Assist in getting new applications into the origination system
• Order valuation prior to loan submission

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• High levels of integrity
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
• Financial services skills advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of mortgage processing (advantageous)
