  • Based in our Award winning contact center in Liverpool (close to station)
  • 18 Month fixed term contract
  • $62,850.37 base salary

We are looking for people who want to deliver quality customer experiences for an 18 month term contract within our Award-Winning Contact Centre. We need enthusiastic people who can listen to customers, connect with them and offer innovative first call resolutions. Liverpool maybe a location that means you are close to home and we offer two shift roster patterns providing you with flexibility.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Playing a key role for Sydney Water by problem solving and working to keep repeat customers happy
  • You will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies
  • Work with management to become well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, food service, call centre or related business services
  • Good level of computer literacy, MS office, CRM (oracle, sap, Siebel)
  • Strong Communications skills both written and verbal
