As a Retention Consultant play a vital role in supporting customers with their concerns. You will be required to identify the customer's needs and then negotiate a solution in order to reduce the overall customer attrition to ANZ.

Your day to day tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and providing high level customer service
  • Listening and assessing customer concerns and needs
  • Negotiating solutions and outcomes with customers
  • Achieving targets associated around customer retention
  • Apply negotiation plans and make recommendations to encourage customers to use additional services
  • Developing professional relationships with customers
  • Ensure all calls are dealt with in accordance to telephone service standards

To thrive in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to satisfying customer needs
  • Experience in negotiating and influencing outcomes
  • Previous experience working in a sales target driven environment
  • An ability to work as a part of a team
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Proven problem solving capabilities
  • Previous experience working in retention is also desirable

You will be rewarded with full time hours on leafy St Kilda Road parking early bird parking available onsite and close to public transport. You will be paid a great hourly rate and work in state of the art offices with a fantastic and supportive team.

You must be available to attended an Assessment Centre on Monday 18th June and commence work on Monday 9th July 2018.
