Concentrix is a Fortune 500 company with our head office based in San Francisco. Companies engage us to run their delivery/call centre’s for them and we’re experiencing continued growth in Australia. 

We have prospective new business opportunities in our Brisbane site and will potentially need multiple, skilled Trainers, who can start immediately (early July) and we invite you to provide your Expression of Interest!

You will already have a background in training to a range of audiences and be confident to hit the ground running and begin training delivery following a period of product and system training.

We need our Trainers to;

• Deliver training to new customer service consultants
• Contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of training materials both within the classroom and on the job
• Enable our staff to provide exceptional levels of service to our customers

You will need;

Essential

• Experience in training delivery and planning
• Effective formal and informal communication skills
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Ability to perform classroom training for up to 20 participants
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Training may, on occasion, occur in evenings and weekends, so we need your flexibility to work these hours if necessary

Preferred

• National Certificate in Adult Education and Training or similar training qualification
• 2+ year experience in training, course development and delivery
• Ability to develop training assessments
• Experience in a similar training role within a contact centre environment
