With a focus on delivering a total solution for their customers, this well-established Australian owned company, designs, manufactures and distributes a diverse range of accessories & POS products to both major and independent retailers and pharmacies nationally.

With a reputation for creative designs, quality products, and efficient, seamless customer service, you will be part of a dedicated and successful team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, agents and sales reps.
• Answer all customer enquiries via email, telephone and website
• Processing, allocating and tracking of orders and returns through internal portal
• Update customers regarding availability of products and arrange back orders where required
• Provide help and advice to customers on the use of the products and services and keep them up to date with changes
• Creating and monitoring online promotions
• Liaison with warehouse re dispatch of products

Note: This is a 12 month maternity leave role with potential for permanency.
