The role:

Our Intake Consultant is a passionate, forward thinking, highly motivated and sales orientated individual. This team is the first point of calls for all new and existing customers both individual and corporate for the KinCare business.

The role is responsible for:

· Build and manage relationships to deliver client outcomes, loyalty and business results

· Ability to identify and negotiate solutions for clients, utilising sale techniques and leveraging marketing avenues

· Positively influence and negotiate with business to ensure client outcomes

· Ability to deliver against business targets, deadlines and NSW AOP strategy

· Act as the ‘face of KinCare’ promoting KinCare services and delivery model
