Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a government organisation to provide first class customer service over the phone. Based in Southern Sydney, this department is looking for a Customer Service Officer to answer inbound calls and follow up with any general enquirers.
Your new role
This full time, temporary position requires you to have an excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills. You will be taking in a high-volume of inbound calls answering enquirers from the general public relating to council issues. You will provide clear, correct and timely information whilst following up with emails to ensure all matters are resolved.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, be a confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction. Previous experience working within a contact center with local government experience is highly desired.
What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a pay-rate of $28 per hour + Super in return for excellent working hours Monday to Friday as well as joining a supportive and friendly team environment
