The Role
The Customer Service Team Leader will be sitting alongside with a team of high performers to deliver Customer Service Excellence, and also be responsible but not limited to:

  • Managing a small team of high performers in customer service
  • Providing leadership support
  • Managing processes of orders
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording related information
  • Managing database and document controlling
  • Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolving clients complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternative
  • Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Working closely with Manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
  • Maintaining and following processes according to company's policies and procedures
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have worked in a high volume customer service environment and will possess the following:

  • Experienced with managing a team
  • Experienced worked with ERP systems - preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Eager to learn and willingness to self develop new skills
  • Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Hardworking, Determined
  • Great attention to detail is necessary
  • Enjoy being part of a team and achieving great things
