About the Role
$24.42 - $25.80 (gross) per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Casual, up to 24 hours per week
PCYC Dalby is currently recruiting for a Branch Support Officer to enhance and support the Branch's operations by ensuring all patrons receive the highest level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to enquiries and provide advice & information on Branch and PCYC products and services.
- Sale of products and services
- Preparation of cash registers and electronic swipe devices
- Reconciliation of cash and canteen stock
- Assist in the set-up/ pull-down of sport and recreation activities as needed
- Provision of administration support to senior staff members of the Branch as needed
About You
- Hold a current Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) or eligible to apply
- Holds a current First Aid and CPR certificate or a willingness to obtain
- LR License (desirable)
- Eligible to hold a Restricted Drivers Authorisation
- Experience driving passenger vehicles and buses
- Demonstrated ability to work in a busy and demanding customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
