Vix Resources is one of Australia’s leading software houses in the Mining and Resources Industry for the delivery of site accommodation and travel management solutions. 

Based in Perth’s CBD, Vix Resources provides services to Blue Chip Mining & Resources companies across Australia and internationally.

Due to our successful expansion into the provision of Client Managed Services, we require 2 experienced Client Services Officers (Managed Services) to join us immediately

About the role

In this role of Client Services Officer (Managed Services) you will:

• Be responsible for responding to & facilitating the allocation and management of clients’ operational accommodation & flight needs
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, Facility Management contractors and clients site management teams, to ensure the effective use of resources in the provision of accommodation & flight allocations
• Provide systems support to our Managed Services Clients
• Provide Systems Quality Assurance testing and analysis support to our Client Services Team

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will have:

• At least 5 years FIFO and Accommodation management experience preferable in the resources / construction industry.
• The ability to handle high work volume, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi task
• SAMs, VAMs or experience on any other booking systems essential.
• Intermediate skill level with Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a geographically diverse team.
• Ability to be analytical and facilitate issue resolution as needed
