Work for a Government Department that is passionate in assisting others less fortunate
This essential Government Agency requires customer service focused officers to work in Blacktown, Parramatta, Penrith and Mt Druitt -
Your role could encompass the following duties -
Being the first point of contact with their client base. This will require you to source solutions for people in difficult situations where possible. Or you could be working in property management within the same department. Your working background could be any of the following - Centrelink, Department of Immigration, Job Network Agency, Child Support or other Social Welfare organisations or you may have a property background with the emphasis on tenancy management.
However, you must have -
• Experience in dealing with customers/clients face to face
• Experience in dealing with difficult situations
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Understands confidentiality
• Proven conflict management skills
• Be able to source outcomes for people in stressful circumstances
• Be outcome focussed and passionate in helping others.
• An empathetic personality
• Computer skills
• Drivers licence
These roles will be for an initial period with possible extensions; however, it could lead to a long- term career path with the added benefit of working within a supportive team near public transport.
These roles will be based in Blacktown, Penrith. Parramatta and Mt Druitt office.
