We currently have a full-time vacancy in our Melbourne Head office, for a Customer Service Officer to join our METO Retail Merchandising and Labelling business.   

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Establishing close partnerships with our Indirect Channel Partners
  • Developing knowledge of our customers, products and the markets we operate in
  • Building interpersonal relationships across multiple business units within the organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sales and Indirect Channel Service Support skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and influential communication skills
  • An ability to build relationships with customers
  • A ‘corporate presence’ with a sense of confidence and energy
  • The capacity to plan out projects and work both independently with limited direction and as part of a cross-cultural or virtual team
  • Able to communicate with customers via email, phone and the occasional face to face sales call

Some knowledge of Retail Merchandising or Labelling would be an advantage. The position is available for an immediate start and would suit someone wishing to advance into a sales role.
