Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer based in Milton QLD. Our client is a national leading manufacture of aggregate and concrete products. This role offers a Monday to Friday ongoing position with the temp to perm opportunity.

Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

• Answering a large volume of incoming phone calls (120+ per shift)
• Handling a mix of concrete and aggregate orders and negotiate delivery times
• Liaising with operation and scheduling teams
• Provide product information and quotes to customers
• General housekeeping when required

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Current and valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Proven experience with handling large incoming phone calls
• Proven experience with multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Committed team player
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Geographical knowledge of the South East Queensland Region
• Any previous experience within the manufacturing or construction industry is highly beneficial
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with early starts
