The Role
If you're new to sales, or keen to step into the field, then this is just the starting place for you. Here you'll be making outbound calls off the back of inbound enquiries to sign up new tradies, easy!
The Task
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and sales targets (essential)
- Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls
- Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients
- Handling customers objections
- Closing the sale and signing up new members
- Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
- Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client's needs are met
- Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system
Skills and Experience
A good attitude, a drive to succeed and great sense of humour will stand you in good stead, as well as:
- Experience in a phone based role; making high volume of outbound calls, preferably in a sales environment.
- Ideally experience in working to sales targets and KPI's.
- High energy and resilience
- Team player attitude
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
