Job description

In this high-tech sales role, you will generate qualified leads for our Sales team via cold calling and account research as well as pursue sales opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor and learn about all facets of our company and grow your career.

As a Sales Associate, you will play an essential role in meeting our aggressive growth expectations as you generate new business opportunities to fuel the development of our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate business development
  • Scheduling discovery calls with qualified customers
  • Following up on campaigns and providing detailed feedback on the success of each campaign to our Sales Management Team 
  • Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (C-Level, VP/Director, IT Management) in Target Accounts
  • Leveraging your teammates (Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities
  • Maintaining a high call volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meeting or exceeding your bookings targets
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Recording and documenting all calls and communications in our Customer Relations Management tool in order to identify trends for improvement
  • Monitoring social media for sales opportunities and leads
  • Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

 

Job Requirement

  • Experience with either tele sales, tele marketing beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented. Can multi-task and juggle many simultaneous priorities.
  • Ability to lead and develop dialogue with prospective customers.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies beneficial
