The Position
- Manage all incoming call queries, solving complaints effectively & efficiently
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative duties as required
- Manage and maintain training aids
- Document and maintain processes for auditing purposes
- Ensure delivery of successful training courses
- Manage up to 80+ customer enquiries via phone, fax & email
The Candidate
- Previous Customer Service experience in an office environment performing the above duties
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail
- Professional & proactive approach to work
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with learning and development management systems
