The roles that they are currently recruiting for are part of a new project and will be working very closely alongside the Sales and Dealings teams. The roles will be fast-paced and rewarding, for those who are energetic and eager to succeed.
Description
The key accountability's for the two Corporate Account Specialist's will include, but not be limited to;
- High volume contacting of corporate clients;
- Providing clients with relevant product information to reach a successful outcome;
- Identifying potential customers and developing them into leads on behalf of the client company;
- Maintaining close relationships with existing clients;
- Negotiating and overcoming objections from customers;
- Reaching and surpassing set KPI’s;
- Supporting the Sale's team and maintaining the office energy through being proactive and positive.
Profile
The successful candidate's should possess;
- A solid understanding of the company, along with it's competitive landscape;
- 1-2 years of customer facing, phone based experience;
- Ability to identify customers needs through conversation and rapport building;
- Navigate challenging customer interactions in a positive and professional manner;
- Outstanding communication skills and a sense of humour;
- Strong interpersonal skills- you will need to be a team player who thrives in fast paced environments;
- High levels of proficiency with the MS Office Suite and experience in Salesforce is preferable;
- A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.
