About the role
We currently have several temporary roles available for candidates with experience in telemarketing. Your overall responsibility will be to deal with a wide variety of people to sell products and services based on the specific needs of the customer.
Duties
- Making outbound customer service calls
- Calling companies or individuals that may be interested in industry specific services/products
- Data entry
- Logging of phone calls and correspondence
- Adhoc administration support
Skills & experience
To be successful within these positions, you will have proven experience in a telephone based or face to face sales role with the ability to close the sale. You will be able to work with KPI’s and demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to be able to build relationships quickly. Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
